IMPORTANT NEWS: We are currently in the process of changing times from 1945-2145 to two sessions from 1900-2030 (NICAS) and 2030-2200. These changes will occur by the end of the 9th of July and you can book on sessions from then. Apologies for the inconvenience. Climb Hitchin is a charity group promoting and supporting both indoor and outdoor climbing in Hitchin and the surrounding areas. We are fortunate to have access to the climbing wall at the Priory School.Space is limited per session and must be booked in advance on this website. Parking is available on site and the wall is located in the sports hall just to the left as you face the school (where the arrow is on the map below).We offer:Top/Bottom rope climbing and instruction for beginnersTaster sessions for those new to climbing to have a go (12+)NICAS levels 1 & 2 for climbers aged 7+.Lead climbing and instruction in how to lead climb and leader development (18+)Movement and technique coaching in a group or 1:1 Bespoke outdoor days around top-roping or learning sport or trad climbingIf you would like a more bespoke offering such as outdoor days, parties, or to hire instructors please visit our partner website Walk Climb Summit.For more information about Climb Hitchin please visit our facebook group to interact with the Climb Hitchin community please visit our facebook page. We use both of these to provide updates and a community for our climbers.If you haven't climbed with us before you'll need to complete a new climber registration form or if you are under 18 an under 18 new climber registration form. You can do this at any time but must be completed before you arrive to climb. Don't worry about getting a response or signed-off before your first session just make sure you've filled it in.
