Food Heroes | Cooking Class For Kids | Cookery Course Children | Glasgow

Children’s cookery classes suited to children age 3-11. Classes ran by two registered Specialist Dietitians available for bookings across Forth Valley and Glasgow areas. Pre-school classes running at Kidz Town, Stirling. Children will lead in preparing and cooking meals and snacks with support from their parent/carer. Children will learn valuable life skills in a fun and interactive way. These will include basic cookery skills, counting and weighing, learning about different food group and what’s included in healthy balanced diet. These parent and child groups will improve children’s relationships with food and support improved health and wellbeing for the family both physically and mentally.
