At Isle of Wight Fitness we firmly believe fitness should be fun and enjoyable, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. When I started Isle of Wight Fitness in 2008 I wanted to build not just a fitness class, but a community where friendship and support is just as valuable as the exercise itself.
