The most horrific experience I’ve ever had, has worsened my mental health dramatically as my previously waist length hair is now essentially hair snapping off at the root. Would advise this place is avoided at all costs. Cost £150 for the privilege of losing all my hair and developing severe stress and anxiety, I’ve since had to spend additional hundreds of pounds in products and supplements to aid in the health of my hair and nothing has worked. Heartbroken doesn’t begin to cover it. Oh, and when the salon reached out regarding this zero financial compensation was offered, I was just told the hairdresser was upset about it as if it wasn’t the hair on my head she completely ruined.
