Nicky Lavin is a Specialist Nurse Practitioner in Occupational Health based in between Lincoln and Gainsborough and currently provides a service to companies throughout the East Midlands. She supports employers with regards to fulfilling their legal responsibilities in relation to recruiting new staff and supporting already employed individuals who may have pre-existing or develop health related concerns within a particular working environment. The business will give the employee and employer health related advice and advise employers in relation to adjustments that may be required if an individual has health related issues which could affect them in the workplace. The business will also undertake health related risk assessment in the form of advice and physical assessment, health promotion and general health and wellbeing assessment.
