Kayaking/Canoeing/Surf/White Water/Polo .... PHCC - Poole Harbour Canoe club is one of the largest kayaking and canoeing clubs on the south coast of England. It boast of being "One of the friendliest clubs" and has an wide range of kayaking and canoeing activities for all ages. The club is based in Hamworthy, a part of Poole in Dorset and also has facilities on the River Stour at the newly developed Riverside Park in Wimborne Minster af few miles north of Poole. Sea kayaking paddles take place along the sea coast and within the harbour and the Riverside site is used for race-training and for running some of the courses offerred by the club for its members and aimed at elevating the skills to the various BCU (British Canoe Union) award levels. The club has a large new clubhouse at Lake Pier and is always keen to see new members coming down to join in the fun.
