Located adjacent to All Saints DLR station in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Poplar Baths leisure centre now boasts a newly refurbished gym with state-of-the-art Technogym cardio and resistance fitness equipment and new layout which continues to offer ladies-only gym sessions. The light and airy fitness studio provides a variety of fitness classes for all, including sessions for our Young@Heart 50+ Club members. The 25m swimming pool is accompanied by a smaller teaching pool for our Better Swim School members of all ages and abilities and the 4-court sports hall is well equipped for activities including badminton, netball, volleyball, gymnastics, street dance and more. Lastly, the rooftop 3G football pitch, which is available to hire throughout the year, is Poplar’s very own hidden gem.
