STOP DROP YOGA is a center for yoga in Hythe and Folkestone where our teachers share their love of the practice with others showing compassion, knowledge and authenticity to the origins of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We are committed to practice daily and deepen our knowledge and understanding of yoga for the benefit of ourselves and those we teach. As we grow and transform we will in turn help others to grow and transform. STOP DROP YOGA is a safe space for practitioners to feel comfortable and open to express themselves in positive and nurturing environment. Our Yoga classes are influenced from Ashtanga vinyasa, Vinyasa flow and Rocket yoga, we shall hopefully be introducing some restorative yin yoga classes in late 2021. Workshops are soon to be announced for Arm balances, Inversions and also yoga immersions. Our outdoor beach yoga classes are held on a Sunday weather permitting opposite the Hythe Imperial Hotel. Indoor Yoga classes are in Hythe Wednesday evenings at 7.15pm
