NHS Talking Therapies Berkshire

NHS Talking Therapies Berkshire is a friendly and approachable IAPT and counselling service. We treat common mental health problems such as low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD or phobias. You can complete a self-referral or ask your GP to refer you. We support people in Slough, Reading, Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Wokingham, East Berkshire and West Berkshire.
