With over 1000 hours ocean experience and 500 miles in some of the meanest weather the UK has to offer, I am able to impart my knowledge and skill set to help you gain swimming confidence in open water and stand toe to toe with anything mother nature throws out on race day or whatever. Through my blog I share my thoughts and feelings on the topics most close to my heart; open water swimming, wellness and recovery. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I believe in being honest and authentic. I hope to inspire others to engage their innermost feelings, exploring themselves more freely where once they were blocked.
