We deliver a range of forest school activities and programmes from our site at Itchen Valley Country Park. There is a growing body of evidence that suggests that positive engagement with nature and the natural environment can lead to a reduction in stress, anxiety and depression which are all factors that affect mental and physical well-being, and educational attendance and attainment. It is for this reason that we have included outdoor learning as one the key principles of our work.
